Delivery Information

When will i receive my order?

Normally an order is ready within 10 days. Due to the variety of our materials, in case that there is some shortage of a certain material there might be a delay, or you might wish to receive you order in parts. However, most of our customers find it beneficial to allow us some "liberty" in the selection of some similar materials (which will always be more up-to-date or of higher quality).

Also, there is a possibility of sending ASAP orders if there is an urgent need for merchandise, as we have in
stock most of the best-selling products.

All orders within EU and overseas will be sent by DHL courier or by Standard Post

Please allow 2-10 days to receive your order if you are located in Europe, or 4-12 days for the rest of the world. In case that you have not received your order within the above-mentioned times, please feel free to contact us for more information.

Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout process.
